Bumpsy Kids Class Cancellation Policy
Life happens — especially with little ones!
We know that sudden naps, unexpected sniffles, and chaotic mornings are just part of parenthood. If your plans change, here is how we handle class cancellations:
- All bookings are final: we do not offer cash refunds.
- Cancel before 8:00 PM the night before class: you will automatically receive a full class credit back into your account.
- Cancel after 8:00 PM the night before class: no class credits can be issued, as we have already saved that cozy spot just for you.
How to cancel & use your credits
- Self-service: all cancellations must be made directly through your Bumpsy account on our website. Credits appear there immediately after you cancel. Cancellations cannot be made through our social media or messaging channels.
- What you can use them for: credits are fully flexible for any Bumpsy-run classes and services.
- What they do not cover: credits cannot be used for cafe treats or third-party classes hosted at our space.
Why this matters: our class sizes are kept very small to ensure a safe, magical experience for your kiddos. Early cancellations allow another family on our waitlist to join the fun.

Bumpsy Daisy Sickness Policy
Keeping our tiny community safe & healthy
Common childhood illnesses and viruses are all part of growing up, and we know it can sometimes feel like toddlers are constantly sick. To help protect our Bumpsy Daisy family — especially our youngest, most vulnerable babies — we gently ask you to keep your little ones home if they or your family have recently been ill.
When to stay home and play later
Please do not bring your little one to class if they are currently unwell or have recently shown symptoms of the following:
- Fever or D&V (diarrhea & vomiting): little ones must be completely symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning.
- Viral rashes: little ones must stay home for at least 7 days from the very first onset of any viral rash.
Need to cancel due to illness?
We want you to focus on cuddles and rest, so we have made the cancellation process simple:
- Where to cancel: please log into your account on the Bumpsy Daisy website.
- The deadline: cancellations must be made before 8:00 PM on the evening before your class to automatically receive your class credit.

Stay close, play together
At Bumpsy Daisy, we love watching you bond and play with your little ones. Please remember that parents and carers always remain fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children throughout their visit. Our team is always here to help host and create magic, but they cannot look after children in place of a parent or guardian.
Disclaimer & non-liability
While we take every step to keep our cafe and class spaces clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, Bumpsy Daisy cannot accept liability for any:
- Personal injury or accidents that occur on the premises.
- Loss, theft, or damage to any personal property or belongings brought into the building.
We highly recommend keeping valuables with you or securely tucked away in your stroller while you play.
Protecting our little Bumpsy family (no photos / filming)
To protect the absolute privacy, safety, and security of all the children and families in our community, photography and filming are strictly not permitted inside Bumpsy Daisy.
We know your little ones look adorable while playing, but this blanket rule ensures every parent can relax knowing their child's face is not captured in the background of someone else's screen. Thank you for helping us protect our Bumpsy bubble.
