Bumpsy Bloom Club

Bloom is our pregnancy social and information club for expectant parents. The club is open to members and non-members. Membership offers practical benefits and a welcoming community throughout your pregnancy.

Twice-monthly Bloom brunches with Midwife Emma and allied health professionals — 90-minute weekend sessions with useful bitesize information and time to connect with other expecting families. Member rate 500 THB; non-member 850 THB.

Private midwife consultation

Private one-to-one consultations with midwife Emma are available by appointment — in person at Bumpsy Daisy, online by video call, or in the comfort of your own home.

Ready for Birth class

Our comprehensive childbirth education programme ensures you are fully informed and prepared for your baby's birth, however that unfolds. Groups are kept small and intimate — maximum five couples per class.

• Session one — Foundations: birth planning, communication with your doctor, third trimester troubleshooting, stages of labour, non-drug pain management
• Session two — Interventions: pharmacological pain relief, induction, assisted delivery, perineal preparation
• Session three — Surgical birth: planned and emergency caesarean, recovery and wound care
• Session four — Newborn care, first feed, postnatal recovery, legal admin and leaving hospital

Feed your Baby — preparation for breastfeeding

This 2.5-hour workshop provides the knowledge and skills to initiate and establish breastfeeding, guiding you through the crucial first six weeks. Covers milk production, position and latch, expressing and pumping, and formula feeding so you are prepared to feed your baby however works best for you. Class materials are shared after the session.

Bringing Baby Home — practical newborn care

The transition to parenthood is exciting, scary, wonderful and exhausting all at once. This 2.5-hour workshop covers practical newborn care — diapering, swaddling, bathing, burping and sleep expectations — plus planning for postpartum life and staying connected as a couple. Class materials are shared after the session.

Wise Hippo™ hypnobirthing programme

The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme is a modern, globally recognised hypnobirthing course that empowers expectant parents with mindset training, relaxation and birthing confidence. Taught over four 2.5-hour in-person workshops with a complementary online hub — effective for spontaneous, induced and caesarean births.
