Infant & child first aid and CPR

Dedicated workshops with registered first aid instructors for parents and for helpers. These practical 2.5-hour classes cover recognising a seriously unwell child, CPR, choking and seizure management, common childhood accidents, and making a bespoke family emergency plan for Thailand. Helper classes are delivered in English with Thai and Burmese translation.

All attendees may return for one 20-minute skills refresher within one year of completing the course.

Starting solids safely

Starting solids is a major milestone — a tailored 90-minute workshop on readiness signs, getting started, weaning approaches, safe food preparation, allergen considerations, and responding to gagging and choking.
